Welcome to a WebQuest exploration of the events and experiences of World War I!

As you take part in this project, you will learn a great deal about this war. You'll gather data about the main events of the war, when it began, how it started, which countries were involved, etc. Most importantly, this project strives to give you the insight of the experience of war. What is it like to take part in a war? Who takes part in a war? What can the people who took part in a war teach you about war?

There is a navigation bar along the top of each web page in this site. You will follow the navigation from left to right. So, first you will complete the activities in "The Big Picture." Then, you will go to "Art," then "Listening," and "Conversation." Finally, you will take part in the "Final Project."
